Diana Honebrink, MD
Growing up as the daughter of a machinist and a nurse’s aide in a factory town in Iowa, I was instilled with the virtues of hard work, honesty, loyalty, responsibility and integrity. These qualities were embedded in my childhood and have shaped my life. As a Peace Corps Volunteer, I learned the true joy of service and it was that experience which solidified my commitment to medicine as a means of using my childhood virtues in service to others. I chose pediatrics because the pediatricians whom I encountered all seemed like common sense, real people I wanted to emulate.
As a pediatrician, I am committed to shoring up families. The foundation that we lay for our children through health, education and virtue begins at home. It is my honor to provide a medical home for my patients that emphasizes the highest quality pediatric care provided in an honest, caring, fun manner with education and encouragement at its heart and healthy children and families as its goal.
