I enjoy caring for women of all ages and stages – from adolescence, to helping throughout pregnancy and birth, to guiding through menopause. The diversity of patients and different medical and surgical problems makes every day interesting and fun. I enjoy counseling my patients and answering their questions, taking as much time with them as they need.

As an OB/GYN, I have the unique privilege of getting to know not only my patients, but their families as well. One of my mentors said it best “every good obstetrician is an excellent midwife.” I am supportive of patients choosing a low-intervention or natural childbirth experience with the safety of delivering in a hospital setting. I enjoy caring for high-risk, complex patients and truly believe every woman deserves exceptional care. In addition to labor and delivery, I also perform minimally invasive GYN surgery. Nearly all hysterectomies can be done either laparoscopically or vaginally to minimize or avoid surgical scars.

I grew up in Arizona and am glad to be caring for this community. When I’m not with patients, I enjoy motorcycling trips with my wife, doing motorcycle maintenance, and hiking, mountain-biking and skiing with my family.
